Women groups / empowerment: Working with children brings us to work with their mothers. You can impact a child’s life without a impacting the mother. So in our effort to care for the children we want to see that also their home / community atmosphere is changed. This done through group formation, workshops on child right, parenting skill, skills in small entrepreneur. Jireh Vocation training center: This came into existence in 2003 when we found out that there was a need in the community we were working in to have the skill-training center. Its aim was to help the underprivileged youth and women who formed a higher percentage in that community i.e. school dropouts, single mothers, housemaids and youths who never had a chance to go to school at all. We intend to expand the vocation services in the both rural area we are working.
