PROJECTS Bethesda International is actively involved in three broad programs of child Welfare/Care, Child Education and community development. We are running projects on the land to help realize resources that will help run the orphanage homes and school. With these projects in place, we will have to spend less on food, as well as earn income that will enable us to sustain our activities and programs.
